BioYes! I know I spelled Buddhist wrong in my user name. Oh well, I've been writing in this journal somewhat regularly since October of 2003, so there's no changing it now.
I'm a 30-something woman who lives in Upstate NY with my diabetic cat. I work in the health insurance industry, but I don't let that define me, it took me a long time to realize that one's job is not and should not be the definition of who a person is. I work hard to make sure that I don't bring my job home with me, but I don't always succeed as you will notice sometimes in my LJ, when I bother to update it. What you will more likely encounter in the pages of my LJ is a deep seated love of books, and some pseudo intellectual leanings. I'm also a tree-hugging, bleeding heart liberal who does not like most of what the Republican party does. Mostly I'm just a human being trying to sort her way through the world, and make sure my kitty gets her insulin on time.
